Action Alert

On June 19, the House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved support for science in an amendment to the supplemental appropriations bill by a vote of 416-12. The measure included $150 million for the National Institutes of Health, $62.5 million for the National Science Foundation and additional funding for the Department of Energy, NASA, and the FDA.

The bill will be voted on in the Senate soon. We will keep you posted on its progress.
