Our adventures tend to occur on public lands and waters, so it makes sense to take care of these places. It's important to know the decsion makers, and let them know what you think. Below are links to the people and offices that have the most influence over how our public lands and waters are managed and funded. Check the "Legislative Alerts and Updates" for issues currently in play. Paddling, backcountry skiing, hiking, mountain biking and climbing -- all human-powered. Democracy is human-powered too.
