SB 303 Non-Covered Services

Measure Received Hearing in House Insurance, But Tabled By Committee

SB 303 a measure that started out as the Fair Dental Care Act and was pared down to a non-covered services fee setting ban, was tabled by the House Insurance Committee. IDA staff will be looking for opportunities to include the language in other vehicles during the conference committee process. SB 303 as it was introduced and passed the Indiana Senate will not be considered during the 2012 legislative session. The Indiana General Assembly is scheduled to adjourn March 9th.
