As more and more patients take control of directing their health care there are increased opportunities for confusion about of the qualifications of the various providers. To ensure that patients have access to accurate information regarding the education, training, and qualifications of the individuals providing their health care services, Reps. John Sullivan (R-OK) and David Scott (D-GA) introduced the "Healthcare Truth and Transparency Act."
