  • Urge Your Representative to Provide H-2B Relief for Small Business Employers

    Tell Them To Support H.R.1843!

The "Save Our Small and Seasonal Business Act of 2007" (H.R.1843) would help small business employers who are reliant on seasonal workers to hire qualified individuals to work during peak months. The exemption expired on September 30, 2007 without Congress having acted to extend it. As a result, the congressionally mandated H-2B cap for the first half of the FY08 was reached on September 27, 2007 - three days before the new fiscal year. Write to your representative, and urge them to provide relief for small business employers.
